RES offers a trained staff of engineers with expertise in all aspects of Arc Welding.
Using RES to optimize your process will lead to greater productivity, minimized downtime, and improved Return On Investment (ROI). RES can help you optimize your welding process by improving welding parameters and providing consultation relative to joint design and fixturing. This provides optimum weld quality, increased production rate, and a reduction in scrap and rework.
RES operates a complete welding laboratory to provide an independent analysis of the welding application. RES can simulate and develop specific welding parameters and procedures in our laboratory. These parameters and procedures will reduce wasted production plant hours.
The RES metallurgical staff can assist with evaluating the weld ability of ferrous, non-ferrous, and coated materials to resolve production problems. From this evaluation, RES will also be able to provide recommendations for the use of new materials in future welding applications. Concise reports, including metallographic cross sections and tensile testing data, provides customers the ability to make educated decisions and will indicate opportunities for improvements in the welding process.
