RES operates a complete welding laboratory to provide an independent analysis of the welding application. RES can simulate and develop specific welding parameters and procedures in our laboratory. These parameters and procedures will reduce wasted production plant hours.

The RES metallurgical staff can assist with evaluating the weld ability of ferrous, non-ferrous, and coated materials to resolve production problems. From this evaluation, RES will also be able to provide recommendations for the use of new materials in future welding applications.
